Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating the annual work plan of the workshop according to the company's arrangement, completing various assessment indicators of the workshop, and establishing and improving various management systems of the workshop;
2. Responsible for the process improvement, maintenance, and ensuring the normal and stable production of ternary precursor mass production, battery disassembly and front-end treatment, cobalt nickel salt and other related production lines;
3. Responsible for reviewing and summarizing process technical documents to ensure the effectiveness of on-site technical documents;
4. Responsible for testing the experimental process of introducing new products into the workshop, standardizing operational documents, and completing relevant production process control and improvement summary reports;
5. Workshop process safety and on-site management, completing training, emergency drills, risk source assessments, and special operation supervision for workshop personnel in accordance with the relevant requirements of the company's safety and environmental department;

Responsibilities

1. Analyze any abnormalities in the materials provided by the supplier, communicate and coordinate with the supplier, require the supplier to correct and prevent them, track their effectiveness, and be good at communicating with others;
2. Responsible for the quality control of the production process and finished products, proficient in using quality related tools, such as Excel and other related software;
3. Analyze and confirm quality anomalies, implement and track improvement measures, have an understanding of SPC, FMEA, PDCA and other related tools, and be able to use them;
4. Responsible for calibration of measurement related systems, with a basic understanding of the measurement system;
5. Quality related training and promotion, and on-site supervision of production areas;
6. Assist in following up on quality system audits;

Responsible for organizing the inspection and management of fire safety, labor protection, environmental protection, occupational disease prevention and control throughout the company, proposing major issues and hidden dangers at company meetings, and formulating rectification measures and projects;
