Wuhu Jana New Energy Materials Co., LTD. (referred to as "Wuhu Jana New Materials"), founded on March 9, 2022, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wuhu Jana Energy Technology Co., LTD., located in Jiangbei Industrial Concentration Area, Jiujiang District, Wuhu City, Anhui Province. 
 & In 2022, Dow Technology approved the plan to invest 10 billion yuan in the construction of an annual output of 100,000 tons of terpolymer precursor project in Jiangbei New District of Wuhu, and the construction will start in May 2022.  After the full completion of Wuhu Kana New Materials, the annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of ternary precursor and 50,000 tons of supporting metal nickel sulfate liquid will be achieved, which will provide a strong guarantee for the company's capacity construction, competitiveness improvement and the promotion of strategic goals.
